Director of Engineering Materials Research Institute of Shanghai Three-Aviation Science Research Institute of CCCC, director of Building Materials Branch of Architectural Society of China, member of Building Materials Testing Technology Specialty Committee of Architectural Society of China, member of Protection and Repair Materials and Application Technology Specialty Committee, deputy director of Engineering Materials Specialty Committee of Shanghai Civil Engineering Society, etc. Engaged in technology development and technical service work, for a long time in building structural adhesive, anticorrosion material, high performance grouting material, engineering detection and reinforcement as well as the durability of concrete structures and so on has made a lot of achievements in research and innovation, being granted, corporation and other kinds of awards in more than 20, 10 national invention patents, published more than 60 papers. He won the National May 1 Labor Medal and the State Council Special Allowance and other honors.
