WOCA Safety Measures

In a post-COVID-19 environment, all Informa events will continue to prioritize the health and safety of Colleagues and Customers and will be run in accordance with official government and local authority guidance, as well as any venue or location-specific regulations. Informa AllSecure adds a further layer of best practice standards and guidelines. This comprehensive set of enhanced measures has been designed to provide the standards of safety, hygiene, cleanliness and quality.

Safety measures for Asia Concrete World Expo

1. Real-name pre-registration + real-name admission. All staff, exhibitors and visitors participating in the exhibition must complete the real-name pre-registration before the exhibition, and enter the venue with their ID to ensure that the information of the attendees can be traced.

2. Wear a mask

All personnel entering the venue must wear masks. All exhibition staff and construction personnel must wear masks in strict accordance with the relevant regulations on epidemic prevention. For individual people who do not wear masks, the organizer will provide masks on site.

3. Body temperature measurement

All personnel entering the museum must take their body temperature and pass under normal conditions.

4. Strict disinfection

Public areas such as booths, dining areas, aisles, corridors, and public toilets are strictly disinfected twice a day.

5. Reasonably plan the site, and the intervals meet the prevention and control requirements

6. Strengthen crowd control and guide people to enter and exit the exhibition hall in an orderly manner
